LHP Hotel Montecatini Palace & SPA

Everything about LHP Montecatini Palace and Spa was wonderful. From the moment we entered the beautiful building, the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The room was clean and modern and a great size for two people. The pool area and pool bar were lovely and the spectacular view, a huge bonus. The buffet breakfast was one of the nicest we’ve had, with an enormous selection of different foods. The day we checked out of the hotel, we caught a taxi to the train station only to discover our train (and many others) had been cancelled due to a train strike. After unsuccessfully trying to find alternate ways to our next destination, in desperation we called the Montecatini Palace and asked their advice. They said call us back in five minutes and we’ll try to find some solutions for you. Wow, that’s amazing service! True to their word, they negotiated a taxi fare for us to our next destination and had a taxi at the train station for us within minutes. That is true customer service and we were so appreciative. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the main attractions in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's pool was also a highlight, offering a refreshing escape with well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant for dinner, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The quality and presentation of the food were outstanding. Additionally, I indulged in a massage and a pedicure during my stay. Both treatments were fantastic, providing a great and relaxing experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. Overall, our stay was phenomenal, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

I stayed at LHP Hotel multiple times due to work, and each visit has been nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is not only beautiful but also impeccably clean, creating a welcoming environment. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stays even more enjoyable. During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Nadisha, who went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience at both dinner and breakfast was top-notch. Her professionalism and attentiveness truly made a difference in my overall satisfaction with the hotel. I must mention that the food at the facility is simply amazing. Every meal I had was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall positive experience.

The bed was really comfortable so much that we didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. The breakfast was great with beautiful scrambled eggs and also little yogurts on glass jars with a range of typical honey from chestnuts. We also received a complementary drink prosecco on arrival at the bar. It also states two free bottles of water in the room but be careful they don't try to charge as this happened to us.

The property is in a great location for exploring the town and the park and funicular. The hotel is spotlessly clean both inside and out. The roof top pool area is great for relaxing with a cooling breeze and fantastic views of Montecatini Terme Alto. What really made this our best ever Italian stay though is the hotel staff were exceptional throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always met with a friendly smile, impeccable service, we honestly cannot remember better customer service from a hotel stay. A special mention for Nadisha whom we primarily worked the rooftop pool bar, this young lady is an absolute credit to the hotel, she is non stop, fluent in so many languages, never stops working and never stops smiling with every guest she meets.
