I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the main attractions in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's pool was also a highlight, offering a refreshing escape with well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was a delight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant for dinner, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The quality and presentation of the food were outstanding. Additionally, I indulged in a massage and a pedicure during my stay. Both treatments were fantastic, providing a great and relaxing experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. Overall, our stay was phenomenal, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

The buffet breakfast was one of the nicest we’ve had, with an enormous selection of different foods. The day we checked out of the hotel, we caught a taxi to the train station only to discover our train (and many others) had been cancelled due to a train strike. After unsuccessfully trying to find alternate ways to our next destination, in desperation we called the Montecatini Palace and asked their advice. They said call us back in five minutes and we’ll try to find some solutions for you. Wow, that’s amazing service! True to their word, they negotiated a taxi fare for us to our next destination and had a taxi at the train station for us within minutes. That is true customer service and we were so appreciative.
